| THE RADICTS "Rebel Sound" CD The Classic is BACK!! Ok kids, gather around and let me tell you a little story. Back in the early 90's, the Radicts were considered old school 77 Style punk. Basically punk with good hooks, sing along parts, etc. The band toured constantly winning over fans around the world. But back then there were no "big punk" labels. Punk bands didn't get big. Fast forward to the mid to late 90's, the kids who were influenced by bands like the Radicts started punk bands that eventually got on MTV and became rock stars. People like Tim Armstrong from Rancid, and Billie Joe from Green Day often spoke out how they loved the Radicts. In an old zine interview Tim said the Radicts were a big influence on Rancid. Well, Rancid and Green Day went on to make a million and the Radicts broke up. The CD has been out of print for over a decade, and we are happy to say it is back in print! If I get enough of a call for it, I will make it on LP too. Plain and simple, if you like old school UK punk, you'll like this.
